TERMS OF SALE AND INFORMATION
Open Accounts: Due upon receipt of invoice. A late fee of $25 will be assessed on unpaid balances after 15 days. Any orders on
past due accounts will not be shipped. Future orders on past due accounts that go past due for 30 days will have to be prepaid.
Minimum Order: $50/order. Fudge, Butter Toffee, Truffles and Chocolate Apples must be purchased in lots of ten or more. Orders

Cancellation policy: See "Order time" below
Shipping Charges: Charges for DHL/UPS/FedEx Ground are based on published UPS/FedEx Ground rates and restrictions. There
is also a $2.00 handling fee on all shipments.
Breakage: If the shipment contains cartons that are obviously damaged, opened or resealed, please refuse the suspect cartons.
Report the damages to Holiday Confections to receive further instruction. If you accept a shipment and find "concealed" damage
inside, report this to Holiday Confections within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. You must KEEP the original shipping cartons and all
packing materials for any claim to be honored until an inspection has been preformed. Due to the fragile nature of our product, we will
not guarantee your shipment when the temperature is below 20 degrees or above 80 degrees. You receive your shipment at your
risk.
Order Time: All orders are special made for your store. Our guarantee to you is that we will never pull chocolate off a shelf to send
to you. Everything we make is "homemade" with only the freshest ingredients. You will never find a "mix" used in our products.
Because of this, please allow two weeks for your order to be processed. We feel the wait is worth the quality of the product you will
receive. Also due to the fact that everything is made to order, all cancellations/modifications to your original order must be in writing
no later than ten days before your ship date. Any changes after this date will have a 50% cancellation/modification charge.You can
fax any changes to 814-728-3322. Because everything is homemade with only the freshest ingredients, please note the shelf life
below.
Shelf Life: Apples have a 3-4 week shelf life. For best results, refrigerate apples and bring to room temperature for eating. Fudge
has a 4 week shelf life and should also be refrigerated if at all possible. Packaged chocolate has a 4 month shelf life. Any other
questions, please call.
Returns: Food items may not be returned unless due to an error of Holiday Confections.
Pricing: All prices on your invoice are wholesale. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned Checks: $30 returned check fee will be charged for all checks returned by your bank as unpaid.
